Şakir Eczacıbaşı—longtime chairperson of Eczacıbaşı Holding and the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts—was not only a cultural leader, but also an accomplished photographer.

Following his passing in 2010, the annual photography yearbook published by the Dr. Nejat Eczacıbaşı Foundation, each year centered on a specific theme, was dedicated to him.

We have assumed the editorial work for this meaningful publication.
